Sam Lagod’s story begins in Atlanta, Georgia, where family and structure played a central role in his early life. Raised alongside his brother by parents Lynn and Tim, he grew up in a home that valued connection, consistency, and shared time.

Much of his childhood revolved around sports. Baseball, football, hockey, and wrestling filled his schedule. Family cookouts and vacations filled the rest. That balance between discipline and relationships still shows up in how he works today.

“Family was and remains a huge aspect of my life,” Lagod says.

That early environment built habits. It also set a tone. Competition, teamwork, and accountability became part of his mindset long before he entered business.
